ABSTRACT
Anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is a very rare congenital heart disease that is usually fatal at infancy if untreated. We observed a suspected case of an adult type ALCAPA in a 22-year-old man by transthoracic echocardiography, and confirmed it by multimodality imaging studies.
